PROJECT

Design minimalist shoes where the sole is of primary concern (Italian 'solo la Suole', in literal translation means 'the sole by itself' ), held in place on the foot by insertion into a mesh pantyhose.

STRATEGY

The original prototype of the shoes made in Turin was lost. Only a few photos survived from the first photo session. All crafted items, including a foot ring made of silver and turquoise, are now also lost (probably some sketches have been preserved) . The original was stolen in 2003, the theft took place during a project for the Ayrton Senna Foundation.
