Dining car for PesaDART train produced by PESA Bydgoszcz S.A. – the first Polish high speed train.

STRATEGY

The project consists of two parts. The first part is a model of ergonomy and funcionality, a maximum use of space, muted colors, the use of simple and suggestive forms that are easy to produce, operate and clean. The second part is a brave vision: the central table refers to the most famous and innovative Japanese trains and sushi bars. Futuristic though warm, due to a wood-veneer strip surrounding passengers that turns heads, resembles modernist and Scandinavian architecture and introduces an element of a fascinating design that attracts motorists.
